Hi SCRHA Member,

We just added Form 298 COVID-19 Hardship Consideration to our forms library. It can be accessed via your members portal or at our COVID-19 Resource Page.

Form 298 is for use when a resident informs you they are unable to pay rent. Ask your resident to complete the top portion of Form 298.  If proof is included at the time of the request, return a copy of the form with the bottom Owner/Manager section completed within 48 hours. Owner/Manager has 48 hours to return completed form after proof of hardship is provided. If utilizing a payment plan, attach form 380 completed when returning the form.
